It is just a way of when you move you mouse in a recording,
the screen will move with you, and easier way of showing
people how to do things. The people watching a video will
see a larger screen than when you record full screen.
When you record full screen it is harder to see things.
So this is just an easier way of zooming in the screen and
moving the recording screen when you are moving your mouse.
